roast tenderloin
bought a piece of tenderloin. decided to do a simple roast. just smear the meat with lots of dried herbs, salt and pepper. rolled it, tied up with string and roast in oven. Robina's special roll with sprigs of fresh rosemary. even Sally got a slab of beef, but without spices and salt. oven roasted potato wedges with dried herbs.
